If a client exceeds Band 5, they will be notified, but service will continue without interruption. Custom pricing may apply for usage beyond this threshold.

2. API Usage & Functionality
Neuroute integrates large language models (LLMs), including but not limited to OpenAI, DeepSeek, Pinecone, and Perplexity, to process text-based clinical trial data such as randomization rates, mechanism of action, site locations, inclusion/exclusion criteria, outcomes, and failure rates. These functionalities rely on API calls in both the cleaning and provision of data, each incurring a cost per request:

• Protocol Design Session: 130 API calls

• Landscape Analysis: 50 API calls

• Site Selection Analysis: 300 API calls

• Route Generation: 100 API calls

• Chat Request: 10 API calls

3. Fair Usage Policy
Clients must adhere to fair usage guidelines to maintain platform efficiency. Abuse, excessive API calls beyond reasonable operational use, or automated bulk requests that disrupt service availability may result in restricted access or additional charges. Neuroute reserves the right to introduce rate limiting in cases of misuse.

4. Payment Terms

• The annual subscription fee of £5,338 must be paid before onboarding.

• Additional charges based on API usage bands will be invoiced monthly.

• Payments must be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods within the due date specified in the invoice.

• Late payments may result in service suspension or penalties.

• Clients exceeding 100,000 API calls per month will be contacted for a custom pricing structure.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after onboarding.

• Clients may cancel at any time, but access remains until the subscription period ends.

• No refunds will be issued for unused API requests within a billing cycle.

6. Service Reliability & Support

• Neuroute aims for 99.5% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

• Support is available via email and chat, with a response time of 24-48 hours.

• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

7. Data Privacy & Security

• Neuroute does not store or share sensitive data beyond what is necessary for service functionality.

• Third-party LLM providers may process data per their privacy policies. Clients should review OpenAI, DeepSeek, Pinecone, and Perplexity’s privacy statements for details.

• The platform is GDPR-compliant for EU users.

8. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• Clients retain ownership of data input into the platform.

• Neuroute reserves the right to anonymously analyze usage patterns to improve services.

• Users may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense platform-generated outputs without explicit permission.

9. Termination & Policy Violations

• Neuroute may terminate a subscription if a client violates fair usage policies, engages in fraudulent activity, or fails to comply with payment terms.

• Clients will receive a warning before access is restricted or terminated.

10. Amendments & Updates

• Neuroute reserves the right to update these terms. Clients will be notified 30 days in advance of significant changes.
