Neuroute utilizes machine learning algorithms to process data and generate insights. All algorithms, processes, and software on this platform remain the exclusive property of Neuroute.
Users are granted a license to use the insights and findings generated by the platform for the specific trial. However, these insights should not be shared outside the scope of authorized trial use.
3. Restrictions on Access and Sharing
No Unauthorized Sharing: Access to this platform is limited to authorized users from Kadence Bio only. You may not share your login credentials or grant access to any third party.
No Screenshots or Distribution: Screenshots, recordings, or any other forms of distribution of the platform’s interface or functionality are strictly prohibited.
Confidentiality: You agree to keep all features, functionalities, and operational details of Neuroute confidential.
4. Communication of Additional Usage
Should you wish to expand the platform’s use beyond the agreed-upon trial, you must notify Neuroute in advance to discuss and gain written authorization.
5. Termination of Access
Neuroute reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the platform at any time if these terms are violated.
6. Liability and Warranties
Neuroute provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of insights or data processed by our algorithms.
